Best Appointment Booking Apps in Serbia 2026

A comparison of booking apps in Serbia: DIKIDI, Fresha, Booksy, evident.rs, zakazi.app and Agendo. Pricing, Serbian language, fiscalization, Telegram reminders and data migration.

Salon owners pick a booking app once and then carry it for years. The client base, appointment history, price list and staff habits all stay in the system you chose in the first week. If you realize two years later that it doesn't fit, moving costs more than choosing did.

An hour of comparison before deciding pays off. This article covers six solutions that Serbian salons, hairdressers, beauty therapists and solo professionals most often consider: DIKIDI, Fresha, Booksy, evident.rs, zakazi.app and Agendo. Agendo is our product, so we cover it in a separate section with a clear note. Prices and features change, so check the figures below on each vendor's site before you decide.

Selection criteria

Seven things matter on the Serbian market.

Price: look at the total cost over a year, not just the monthly subscription. Some services are cheap on paper but take a commission on online payments or charge extra for SMS reminders. For a solo professional, a 20 euro monthly difference is 240 euros a year.

Serbian language: your clients open the booking page on their phone, often on a bus. If the translation is worse than machine translation or part of the text stays in English, some people give up. Check the admin panel language too, since you use it every day.

Telegram and push without extra fees: a reminder before the appointment reduces no-shows, and in Serbia Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp are used more than SMS. SMS is billed per message, while Telegram and web push are free. Ask whether this is included in the base plan.

Fiscalization: since fiscal receipts for services were introduced, many salons want the cash register and the schedule in one tool. Most foreign services don't support this, so you issue the receipt separately. That isn't critical if you already have a fiscal device or an ESIR solution, but you should know in advance.

Data migration: if you already use a system, ask how clients and history are transferred. Nobody should retype 800 contacts by hand.

Mobile app or browser: a native app is more pleasant but requires installation, including on the client side. A good browser-based service with a link, a widget and a Telegram bot often does the same job without installing anything.

Support for solo professionals and salons: a solo professional needs a simple calendar and a link for Instagram. A five-chair salon needs per-employee schedules, roles, payroll and reports. A service that is good for one is not necessarily good for the other.

DIKIDI

DIKIDI is one of the most widespread services for beauty salons in the region, with an established user base that includes Serbia. It has a calendar, online booking, a client database, inventory and a mobile app for staff.

Pros: a large user base, so colleagues in the industry can probably give you advice. There is a mobile app, and the offer for small salons is free or very cheap.

Cons: the Serbian translation and localization are weaker than local solutions, and users often report that the interface is hard for newcomers and cluttered with options. Serbian fiscalization features are not part of the basic offer.

Price: free for small salons; advanced features and larger teams are paid. Check exact terms at dikidi.net, since plans change.

Fresha

Fresha is a global brand with a marketplace where clients can discover salons. For a salon in a city where people actively search for services through apps, this can be an extra source of new clients.

Pros: a recognizable brand, a marketplace, a tidy mobile app, a good calendar.

Cons: there is no local fiscalization, so receipts have to be handled separately. Serbian is not a product priority. The business model relies on percentages: online payments carry a commission, and new clients who arrive through the marketplace may be charged separately. If most of your clients come from referrals and Instagram, you pay for a mechanism you don't need.

Price: the base subscription is low or zero, but real cost depends on online payment volume. Read the commission terms before signing up.

Booksy

Booksy is also a marketplace, strong in the US and Western Europe, with an app for both clients and professionals.

Pros: a marketplace with a large audience, developed marketing and review tools.

Cons: price. The subscription is per professional and runs around 30 euros a month per person, which for a salon with four staff means over 1,400 euros a year. For Serbia the marketplace carries less weight than in the West, and there is no fiscalization.

Price: about 30 euros per professional per month, plus extra charges for some features. The exact amount depends on the plan and the market.

evident.rs

evident.rs is a large local player and one of the strongest Serbian sites in this field: according to Ahrefs it has a Domain Rating of 57, higher than the other local services in this comparison, including ours.

Pros: it knows Serbian business well, its strength is accounting and administration, so booking can be tied to invoicing and records.

Cons: the service was not built primarily for booking. If your main need is a calendar, reminders and an online link for clients, you get a broader tool than you need, and the booking flow is not the focus. For a solo professional it may be too much.

Price: depends on the package and modules. See the price list on the site.

zakazi.app

zakazi.app is a smaller local online booking service. Less public information is available about it than about the others, so we can't assess it as confidently.

Pros: a local solution aimed at the regional market, most likely simple to start with.

Cons: a smaller user base and fewer public reviews, which makes stability and development harder to judge. Before deciding, check the features that matter to you: Telegram, migration, fiscalization and multiple locations.

Price: check the site. Try a trial period before moving your data.

Agendo (our product, disclosed in full)

Note: Agendo is our product. You can verify the facts below yourself; for an independent opinion, look at the other options above.

Agendo is a free online booking service for salons and solo professionals in Serbia. We build it, so judge it yourself. Below is what it does today and what it still lacks.

What exists:

  • Free for everyone, for now. No subscription and no booking commission. We don't promise it will stay that way forever, and we will notify users in advance of any pricing change.
  • A journal and calendar for several staff members, a client database (CRM), services and a price list.
  • Online booking in three ways: a link, a website widget and the Telegram bot @agendo_chatbot.
  • Reminders in Telegram and web push at no charge.
  • Content (service names, descriptions) is automatically translated into Serbian, Russian and English.
  • Migration from DIKIDI via a link to your account.

What doesn't exist or is in development:

  • Fiscalization is in development (stage two). Until then you issue receipts through your own fiscal solution.
  • We have no marketplace where clients search for salons, so you bring clients in yourself through Instagram, your website and referrals.
  • We don't have a large user base like DIKIDI or Fresha. The product is young.

You can check all of this in a few minutes at agendo.work.

How to choose

Solo professional: you need a calendar, a link for your Instagram bio and reminders. Don't pay per professional or a commission. Free options fit best here (DIKIDI, Agendo), and if your clients already come from Instagram you don't need a marketplace. If fiscalization in the same tool is a hard requirement, wait or look for a solution that already has it.

Salon with 2-5 staff: per-employee schedules, roles, reports and reminders that don't cost per message matter. Work out the per-professional cost over a year: with Booksy it quickly reaches a thousand euros or more, with free services it is zero. If your data is in DIKIDI, find out what migration the new service offers and try it on a copy first.

Salon chain: you need multiple locations, central reports, access control and a link to accounting. Here evident.rs and larger commercial packages make sense. Ask for a demo, agree on an SLA and find out how data is exported if you ever want to leave.

The same rule applies in all three cases: before paying, test with real data rather than a demo account, and confirm you can export your client database.

FAQ

What is the best booking app in Serbia? It depends on the size of the business. For solo professionals and small salons, price, Serbian language and free reminders matter most. For larger operations, fiscalization, multiple locations and support matter more.

Is there an app for booking appointments at a medical practice or clinic? Most of the solutions here were built for beauty salons. Private practices and clinics usually need medical records, data confidentiality and integration with the health system, so look for clinic scheduling software that explicitly supports this. Basic booking (calendar, reminders, online link) can be covered by general services too, but check the personal data protection requirements.

Can I switch from DIKIDI without losing clients? Agendo offers migration via a link to your DIKIDI account. With other services, ask support, and save a database export before switching.

Are Telegram and push reminders really free? In Agendo, yes. Elsewhere SMS is often a paid add-on charged per message, so ask what the plan includes.

Do clients need a mobile app to book? No. A client can book through a link or a widget in the browser, and in Agendo also through the Telegram bot @agendo_chatbot, with no installation.

Is fiscalization included? In most foreign services it isn't. In Agendo it is in development. If it is critical for you, check with each vendor separately.
